
According to Mark McCandlish, his colleague "Brad" and a VIP client of Brad's attended an air show at Norton Air Force Base on November 12th 1988 and while there the VIP took "Brad" with him to a large hanger whose access was restricted with guards posted. The VIP asked to see an individual inside, a man in a three-piece suit came out and instantly recognized the VIP. The VIP passed "Brad" off as an aide and the two were ushered inside to see the presentation in the hanger with the VIP.
Inside the hanger "Brad" saw displays of several prototype aircraft including the craft that lost to Northrop Grumman's B2 Stealth Bomber. The real star of the show was hidden behind a big black curtain. With all the delegates in the room at the display the curtain was taken back and three ARV's of different sizes but the same design and proportions were seen: 24ft, 60ft, and 120ft in diameter. It is claimed that a General gave a presentation there to the crowd which included several politicians who were deemed to have a "Need to Know". The presentation was being given to this crowd in order to get their support to fund the construction of a number of ARVs for the military including for use as tactical nuclear weapons delivery platforms as it was believed that it would be virtually impossible to stop them. Considering there are no public photos of ARV shaped UFOs since the photo in 1967 not even at the presentation at the air show in 1988 it is possible the construction of a fleet of ARVs never happened. According to the General giving the presentation the ARV was capable of faster than light travel though it was not stated whether that was limited to the biggest ARV or if all three ARV's were capable.The first real reveal of the ARV to the public at large occurred at the Disclosure Project Press Conference on May 9th, 2001 where Mark McCandlish displayed a line art blueprint of the ARV created from "Brad's" description to Mark. Here it was revealed that the ARV had four main components.
On the bottom it appeared the craft had a capacitor array with approximately forty-two triangular wedges with each wedge containing eight copper plates, separated and encased in a transparent green plastic or glass. An electromagnetic coil around the circumference of the craft approximately twelve feet in diameter, eighteen inches wide on the top surface, and is nine inches in total vertical thickness with an estimated 1,000 turns of 1/4" x 1/4" square copper rod. An aluminum flywheel in the passenger compartment at the midpoint of the craft. And a central column that was called an amplifier that somehow generated electricity for the craft to run on.The Biefeld-Brown effect is largely seen in the scientific eye as lifters that are propelled by ion wind that they create by charging a positive and negative electrode to high voltages in the 30kV to 50kV range. Since there is no air in space to ionize and push off of lifters don't work in vacuum.
The next, less accepted method of propulsion by BBE is asymmetric electrostatic pressure. This method charges up an asymmetric capacitor with a solid dielectric between the positive and negative electrodes using a static voltage that can maintain a persistent acceleration with Exodus Propulsion (a company founded by NASA electrostatics scientist Charles Buhler) achieving a thrust of 1G.
A mostly unconsidered aspect of BBE is through the use of electrodynamics, using dynamic voltages instead of static ones. The ARV could possibly be creating unpaired nucleon spin polarization in the capacitor array's copper plates and its dielectric. If the ARV's capacitor array was propelled strictly by asymmetric electrostatic pressure there would be no reason to make the capacitor plates in the capacitor array 1/2" thick. Cost and weight could be drastically reduced by using thin sheet metal for the plates. However, if the ARV is propelled by unpaired nucleon spin polarization then, the more mass, the more atoms with unpaired nucleons that are polarized in the same direction, the greater the propulsive effect. This idea was first seen in two patents by GE aerospace engineer Henry William Wallace in 1971 where he used high speed rotation of a brass disc to generate a small amount of unpaired nucleon spin polarization in the copper atoms in the disc akin to the Barnett effect.The capacitor array's triangular wedges are not four capacitors layered on top of each other with conductive plates alternating starting with negative on the bottom, then positive, then negative, then positive, etc, as Mark McCandlish and Gordon Novel believed.
The capacitor array wedges consist of seven capacitors that are used all at the same time. The plate at the bottom has the lowest voltage, the plate above it has a higher voltage, the plate above that has an even higher voltage, etc. By doing this the capacitor wedges have a total of seven capacitors instead of four, enabling a greater propulsive force than if the wedges consisted of only four capacitors.
Further, McCandlish's blueprint reinforces this. Each wedge is flipped compared to the one adjacent to it in the blueprint. One wedge has a thick bottom dielectric on the very bottom of the wedge while the adjacent wedge has a thick top dielectric compared to the dielectrics between the plates.
Based on "Brad's" testimony to McCandlish it isn't clear whether the capacitor array uses voltages between a very high positive voltage and ground, a very high negative voltage and ground, or a high positive voltage and a high negative voltage.
For example, if a very positive voltage down to ground was used in the capacitor wedges the voltages applied to a wedge with a thick top dielectric would breakdown as follows:
As you can see, there is a voltage difference between each plate of 500kV. If the environment next to the top plate is Ground 0V then there would be a voltage difference of 3,500kV between the top plate and the environment and therefore a much thicker dielectric would be necessary above the top most plate, versus the dielectrics between each plate or the dielectric between the bottom plate and the environment.
My guess the purpose of alternating capacitor wedges is to enable the craft to rapidly rise vertically into the air or rapidly descend vertically to the ground. The wedge above would be used for upward movement. The wedge below would be used for downward movement:
The vast majority of Biefeld-Brown effect experiments in the record have used static DC voltages. This is ok for a capacitor that uses asymmetric electrostatic pressure for propulsion but a far larger propulsive effect can be generated by using electrodynamics, pulsed DC voltages, instead.
Thomas Townsend Brown while working with the French company SUD Aviation on the BBE stated that while he was cleared to work with them on static aspects of the Biefeld-Brown effect, dynamic aspects (in other words, pulsed voltages) had been classified by the U.S. government. This revelation by Brown was reported in the Montgolfier Project document that SUD Aviation released on page 111 of the PDF, available in the Media section of this page.
It is RFJ's belief that when pulsed voltages are applied to an asymmetric capacitor that during charging it temporarily results in unpaired nucleon spin polarization in the capacitor and a propulsive effect. That said, by continuously applying pulsed voltages to a capacitor it will eventually charge up and then behave like a capacitor with a static DC voltage applied.
The key to a consistent and powerful BBE capacitor is to use a high voltage, high frequency, source like a Tesla coil in combination with a tank circuit. Tesla coils can output extremely high voltages and at frequencies in the 10s of thousands to 100s of thousands of times a second. They do however normally output AC voltages not pulsed DC voltages.
A tank circuit connects a current source, a capacitor, and an inductor (electromagnetic coil). When current is applied to the circuit the capacitor gets charged up, then it automatically discharges into the inductor. The inductor charges up creating an electromagnetic field around the inductor. The field collapses and the inductor discharges the current back into the capacitor. This process repeats over and over. With a tank circuit the capacitor never gets permanently charged, staying that way, it is constantly fluctuating. The capacitor gets charged up, then fully discharges, then fully charges, etc. Normally in a tank circuit when the inductor's field collapses the positive and negative poles swap and the capacitor sees an AC current. By combining a Tesla coil, inductors, and capacitors, one can generate pulsed DC voltages for the capacitor array instead of AC voltages.
For example, a Tesla coil with an output of +3,500kV is connected to an inductor, the other end of the inductor is connected to the Top Plate 1. Plate 1 is connected to Plate 2 via another inductor. Plate 2 is connected to Plate 3 via another inductor This is done throughout the rest of the capacitor wedge with Plate 7 connected to the Bottom Plate 8 via an inductor and Plate 8 also connected to ground.
By doing this one can charge up an entire capacitor wedge from a Tesla coil output pulse, discharge the capacitor wedge into the inductors, they form an electromagnetic field which collapses discharging back into the capacitor array. This process can occur 10s of thousands to 100s of thousands of times a second resulting in the unpaired nucleons in the capacitor wedge to align their spin for a fraction of a second and then relaxing, 10s of thousands to 100s of thousands of times a second.The primary purpose of the large electromagnetic coil around the circumference of the ARV is for preventing an increase of inertial mass when the ARV is accelerating thereby keeping g-forces felt by the craft and crew at healthy levels. Robert Francis Jr has collected experimental evidence showing an object with a dipole magnetic field, such as a permanent neodymium magnet, in freefall, experiences anomalous acceleration if it is falling in the direction of its North-to South pole
It stands to reason that the ARV takes advantage of this phenomenon to prevent increases in inertial mass when it is accelerating by creating a dipole magnetic field around the craft and moving in the direction of that fields North-to-South pole. It is currently unknown if the ARV used pulsed DC voltages into the coil or if a static voltage was used.Robert Francis Jr has been conducting magnet freefall experiments based on the claims of Lockheed Martin Senior Scientist Boyd Bushman and the ARV blueprint with its electromagnetic coil. Trial after trial of freefall experiments show that a magnet in freefall, moving in the direction of its North-to-South pole experiences anomalous acceleration. All other magnet configurations behaved like the non-magnetic control including repulsively coupled magnet objects (NS/SN and SN/NS) and a magnet falling in the direction of its South-to-North pole. Francis hypothesizes that inertia is a result of vacuum fluctuations with a magnetic moment and therefore inertia can be affected by a magnetic field. This could explain the results he has been seeing in his experimental data. It does not however explain the asymmetry, why the effect is not also seen with a magnet moving in the direction of its South-to-North pole.
The electromagnetic coil used an incredibly high voltage pulse. We know this by analyzing the coil and the insulation used. The coil was made from what appeared to be 1/4" x 1/4" square copper rod and encased on all sides with 1/4" thick green translucent dielectric, same as the capacitor array. Such thick insulation is only needed if very high voltages are being applied to the coil.
For example, assume the coil had 1,000 turns, the dielectric surrounding a turn was 1/8" thick and had a dielectric strength of 80kV, and there were 40 turns on the bottom most layer and 40 turns on the layer above it. If the coil is wound outward, then inward, then outward, and inward again (a common winding pattern of electromagnetic coils), etc the the dielectric strength between the two outermost between turns will be 160kV. That means the voltage between the two outer most turns can't have a difference of more than 160kV. We add the number of turns total in those first two rows for a total of 80. Divide 160kV by 80 to get 2kV. That means the voltage difference between each turn can't be higher than 2kV in order to ensure that the two outermost turns which will have the largest voltage difference of any two turns in the layers analyzed. Multiply that 2kV times the assumed 1,000 total turns and you have an electromagnetic coil that can operate with 2,000kV pulses being applied to it.
It was stated that a state change occurs when the voltage exceeds 1,200kV but it was never made clear if that applied to the capacitor array or the electromagnetic coil.
When high frequency AC or pulsed DC is applied to a conductor, what is known as the skin effect occurs where electrons move mostly on the surface of the conductor and not inside the conductor. It is possible that this is taking place with the ARV if it is using high voltage, high frequency pulsed DC. Furthermore, instead of square copper rod being used it could have been square copper tubing. Using tubing would allow a coolant to flow through the coil reducing heating issues while not impacting the flow of electrons on the surface of the conductor.
McCandlish believed that the electromagnetic coil around the circumference of the ARV might have been the primary coil in a Tesla coil. I do not believe this to be the case. The primary coil of a Tesla coil normally has only a few turns in comparison to the secondary coil which can have hundreds or thousands of turns. It is this difference in the number of turns that causes the voltage in the Tesla coil to be so high.Gordon Novel with the help of "Brad" estimated that the electromagnetic coil had around 1,185 turns which is far too high for the primary coil of a Tesla coil. Gordon Novel did however believe that the coil was used for Spacetime Metric Engineering, a hypothesis of his associate Harold Puthoff. Novel couldn't say exactly how exactly it worked.
Taking Novel's 1,185 turns, his value for G10 dielectric strength at 1/4" of 166,666V, and the bottom two most layers having a total of 77 turns, the highest voltage that the coil could conceivably use is 2.56MV assuming the outer shell of dielectric insulation can withstand 2.56MV.Life on Earth is protected from the radiation present in outer space thanks to Earth’s magnetic field and thick atmosphere. A powerful magnetic field around a spacecraft would insulate it from cosmic rays, high energy electrically charged protons, and the solar wind, a steady stream of moderate energy electrically charged gasses. Unfortunately a magnetic field is not capable of shielding a craft from high energy photons such as x-rays and gamma rays. If the ARV is creating a gravitational field of some kind, that field could shield the craft from those high energy photons but it is unknown if such a field is being created.
Static magnetic fields impart no energy to gasses and liquids and are not capable of ionizing the materials in such fluids. Pulsed magnetic fields on the other hand, if the pulses are of sufficiently high energy, are able to ionize gasses and liquids, breaking their chemical bonds and creating a plasma. It is my hypothesis that one use of the ARV’s coil is to ionize the atmosphere around the craft.
The benefit to such an action is that the plasma can be moved out of the way of the ARV with the magnetic field as it travels allowing it to travel faster than the speed of sound without creating sonic booms.This component more than any other has been difficult to decipher. McCandlish stated the column was partially under vacuum with Mercury vapor inside. Were the Mercury isotopes ones with an unpaired Neutron? That is unknown. High voltage discharges were said to occur down through the vapor. It is not clear to me from the available testimony how the energy generator in the central column functioned.
It is not known if the aluminum disc in the crew compartment was itself a flywheel or if a flywheel was inside the aluminum disc. McCandlish heard there were cases of the disk exploding due to metal fatigue destroying an ARV. My conservative answer is that it was for stabilization and as a reaction wheel to rotate the ARV allowing it to align its entry door with a docking port, either on land or in space.
Unpaired nucleon spin polarization does occur when rotating materials like aluminum or copper at high RPMs but the effect is usually not that strong and very high RPMs are hard to achieve due to metal fatigue.The very first piece of evidence regarding the existence of the “Alien Reproduction Vehicle” occurred in 1967 in the skies over Provo, Utah indicting that the U.S. government had a working prototype for almost 60 years, possibly even longer. A USAF pilot by the name of Captain Harvey Williams spotted a UFO while flying a C-47 transport plane at approximately 12,000 feet. He took a photograph from inside the plane of a saucer shaped UFO, a hemispherical dome on top, with smaller black domes spaced out on the top half of the UFO. This is the first publicly recorded sighting of a UFO matching the description of the ARV as described by “Brad”. It wasn’t until 1988 that the ARV was again seen by another member of the public.
“Brad” and Mark McCandlish first met each other while both were attending Pasadena Art Center College of Design in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It was there they honed their illustration and design skills with “Brad” studying product and transportation design and Mark studying automotive design and general illustration.
Years later “Brad” was now working for a Glendale/Pasadena area design firm where he had created a substantial clientele base. “Brad’s” business model involved creating the conceptual design and if the designs could be patented they would be patented in “Brad’s” name with the client paying for the patent fees and in turn “Brad” would provide the client with an exclusive license while they would pay him royalties. This model brought “Brad” a substantial revenue stream making him a millionaire before the age of 30.
After Mark attended Pasadena Art Center College of Design he started work as a Technical Illustrator and Publications Editor for General Dynamics later becoming an independent contractor working with other defense contractors including Lockheed Martin, Northrop, and Boeing, as well as computing titan IBM and prominent magazines Popular Science and Popular Mechanics.
It was in a magazine illustration by Mark that “Brad” decided to contact the magazine’s art director for Mark’s phone number to reach out to his old classmate from eight years ago. In the course of the conversation Mark suggested that they attend an upcoming air show at Norton Air Force base on November 12th where a fly-by of the SR-71 Blackbird was rumored to be taking place.
Unfortunately for Mark he received a last minute phone call from Popular Science asking him to do an illustration for them over the weekend. Mark decided to take the illustration job and cancelled on “Brad” who had already made plans to attend the air show with Mark and to bring a client with him to meet Mark. “Brad” didn’t tell Mark outright who the client was other than a thin white-haired man with glasses, an Italian sounding last name, and had been a high level DoD official, Secretary of Defense or Undersecretary of Defense. Mark speculates that this man was Frank Carlucci who served as Undersecretary of Defense from February 4th, 1981 to December 31st, 1982 and as Secretary of Defense from November 23, 1987 to January 20, 1989.

"Brad" was sullen and kind of freaked out after the air show and while on the phone with Mark. "Brad" opened and told Mark everything he had seen and heard at the Air Show most importantly by far, about the existence of the ARV. With "Brad's" excellent memory and Mark's excellent illustration and design skills Mark was able to create a lineart blueprint of the ARV based on the lineart blueprint "Brad" saw at the air show as well as the specific details he saw in the ARV that had been partially disassembled in order for the crowd to get a better look at it.
In 1989, a few months after Brad told McCandlish about seeing the ARV, McCandlish had a schematic he had copyrighted drawn up of the ARV with its observed components and his interpretation of how the ARV worked. I will list the main propulsion and energy generation components below and how McCandlish believed they functioned:
Dr. Steven Greer held a press conference with his organization known as the Disclosure Project. Numerous witnesses and other figures recounted anomalous encounters with UFOs from them shutting down nuclear launch systems to witnessing UFOs on NASA space photographs that were later scrubbed.
Mark McCandlish attended the Disclosure Project press conference as a witness where he mentioned seeing UFOs in the military but most importantly of all he displayed the lineart blueprint he had created on camera for the world to see. This was his first major public appearance discussing it since hearing about it from "Brad" about 12 years ago.
A standalone video was released in 2013 of the interview McCandlish gave Greer.
So, here we are back to the plate capacitors again, and the prospect of someone finding a way to use the Biefield-Brown effect — this levitation effect where you charge a capacitor to lift towards a positive plate. Now, when you’ve got eight plates stacked up in there, they alternate. It goes: negative positive, negative, positive, negative, positive — four times, so you ultimately wind up with the positive plates always being above a set of negative plates as you go up...”
“...Why so many different capacitor sections? If you just have one big disc like Mark Stambough did with his experiment at the University of [Arizona]…
...in that case, you have levitation, but you don’t get any control. You have this thing floating around, and it’s just sort of floating on whatever this field is that it’s producing, but you don’t have any control.
So, what happens? You break that disc up into 48 different sections, and then you can decide how much electricity you want to put on this side or over there on that side, so you can control
the amount of electricity and the amount of thrust and vectoring that you get. You can make it go straight up, you can make it bank and turn and pitch — whatever you want to, by virtue of the fact that you can control where the electricity goes in those 48 different sections.”“..Now, I started looking at the design of this thing, and it occurred to me that what 1 was looking at was a huge Tesla coil, which is kind of like an open-air transformer. What happens is that when you pass electricity through this large diameter coil, it creates a field.
That’s what this system does: it takes electricity, using two large 24-volt marine-style batteries. You basically use that to somehow put an alternating current through these windings. [Then], you step up that electricity through the secondary coil, which is on the column in the middle, and you get this extremely high voltage…”
“...Brad had described the fact that this central column has a kind of vacuum chamber in it. The vacuum chamber is one of the things that all of these scientists describe in these over-unity or free energy devices they build. They all have some kind of vacuum tubes, vacuum technology. Brad maintained that inside this big vacuum chamber in the central column that’s inside everything else — inside the flywheel, inside the secondary coils of the Tesla coil, inside the crew compartment — there is mercury vapor. Mercury vapor will conduct electricity, but it produces all kinds of ionic effects. These little molecules of mercury become charged in unusual ways, and if you fire a tremendous amount of electricity through mercury vapor that’s in a partial vacuum, there is something special, something unusual that happens in that process...”One of the things Einstein said was that you could never accelerate anything up to and past the speed of light. If you did, you would have to have all the energy in the universe, because as you accelerate through space, mass increases. One of the old films showing this concept shows a train going faster and faster towards the speed of light, but the train keeps getting bigger and bigger until the engine just can’t pull it, so it can never pass the speed of light.
But, what if you have a system, a device, that absorbs that zero-point energy and prevents it from interacting with the atomic structure of the vehicle? And at the same time, it’s providing additional power to the capacitor section — this whole electrical system that is going on in the vehicle, that’s running. In effect, the faster you go, the easier it becomes to go up to and exceed the speed of light…”
“...Now, the other thing that I believe happens here, is that as this system begins to tap into this zero-point energy and is drawing it away from the local environment, the whole craft becomes lighter in weight — it becomes partially mass-canceled, if you will, which is one of the reasons why just a little bit of energy in the capacitors could shoot it all over the place.
"One of the things that 1 believe happens, is when you take a system like this and you fire it up, everything in the system starts to become mass-canceled. The next thing that happens is that the electrons that are flowing through the system also become mass-canceled. What does that mean? It means as that system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla coil become mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor, which means the efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. You get dramatic efficiency, just like the whole thing was dunked into liquid nitrogen or made out of pure silver or pure gold, which at certain temperatures are perfect conductors — it becomes lighter and can accelerate at incredible speeds...”In 2003 through 2010 Gordon Novel tirelessly researched and worked on his book about the Alien Reproduction Vehicle after learning about it from Mark McCandlish titled Supreme Cosmic Secret: How the U.S. Government Reverse-Engineered An Extraterrestrial Spacecraft!
Novel studied aeronautical engineering at Northrop Institute of Technology. Over his life Novel saw five UFOs which gave him a burning passion to learn as much as he possibly could about their technology and openly admits, without the leak of the "Alien Reproduction Vehicle" he would not have been able to write his book.
While Novel gives a shout out to many scientists and their papers that influenced him, he brings up Harold Puthoff probably more than any other individual in his book and believes that the ARV's electromagnetic coil is used to polarize the vacuum relating to theoretical physics Puthoff has published on that requires nullification or suppression of the zero point energy field that permeates all of our universe.

Inside this material, like a big pie, were an estimated 65 slice-like sections of copper plates set into stacks of eight ½‖ thick plates, separated on all sides vertically and horizontally by ¾‖ of the green transparent glass. The height of the plate stacks was staggered so as to interleave each stack one plate higher or lower than the adjacent stack. The pie plates all merged under an axle-like 24‖ diameter Central Column, which had a base diameter of an estimated 3.5 feet. Leonardo stated that he could not determine how the plates merged or connected together under the base cover at the bottom of the vertical standing Central Column.
It has now been determined that the copper plates so configured would have a weight of approximately 36,000 pounds. The G-10 glass weight estimate is 2,000 pounds. This dielectric material has a breakdown voltage of 550 volts per mil, which is capable of resisting electrical voltage of 500 kV at ¾‖ thickness.
From extensive research at the US Patent Office, it is believed that this device is a heretofore-unknown electrical system design that serves in its operation a multiplicity of purposes, all of which are integrated as to its functions.
Its first function is as a gigantic systems array of condensers—more correctly termed flux capacitors—containing an estimated total number of 520 plates functioning as 260 separate, individual capacitors in 65 pie-shaped stacks.
As depicted, the device‘s only logical function is as a high voltage multiplier or generator capable of creating 500 kV. Its plates, using an appropriate start-up input source of electrical energy, such as an aircraft battery, can be cyclically charged in parallel and discharged in series to reach these levels (hypothetically based on Hill‘s analysis of x-ray caused ionization around UFOs) or, when properly wired and rapidly switched, much higher voltages—provided gravitational negation state change begins to occur before dielectric breakdown occurs.
Due to the reported lateral stacking arrangement of the Flux Capacitor Array, it is logical that the capacitors charge/discharge cyclic rotating field effects are capable of creating at least four directions of ZPF field damping and impingement compression: counter-rotational, contra-intersecting, vertical, and in-out. The rotating field might also be penetrating into the fourth or fifth dimensions postulated by Noel Huntley and others, with a resulting repulsive force that may be more powerful than nuclear energy while allowing easy throttle-like control.
Based on the radiation and ionization work of Paul Hill and high voltage research tests performed by the High Voltage Transmission Research Center (HVTRC), voltage multiplication by capacitor series discharge using the principle of vector inversion to create pulsed electrostatic fields, this innovative Flux Capacitor generator system is very likely primarily responsible for the gravitational nullification envelope by wide spectrum disruptive damping of ZPF parton creation. (See Case Exhibit A-7: IEE paper ―Novel Principle of Transient High Voltage Generation‖.) The amperage level of the Flux Capacitor generator array is believed to be very low, but this could be incorrect. Testing is the only way to determine the truth, as there are other gravitation theories and logical function possibilities.
Further analysis utilizing Paul Hill‘s work and the Alcubierre warp drive concept as refined by Puthoff (see Case Exhibit A-8: ―SETI, the Velocity-of-Light Limitation, and the Alcubierre Warp Drive: An Integrating Overview‖), along with the testimony of untold numbers of witnesses viewing nighttime UFO flight operations, strongly indicates that very rapid systems switching of various voltage levels and/or damping frequencies among the capacitors is how thrust and vector direction of motion is achieved. The UFO‘s excellent flight safety record is made possible by virtue of innumerable and thoroughly failsafe backup systems. This subject will be more fully addressed in the chapter entitled ―ARV/UFO: What Makes it Go?"
Lastly, "Brad" reported to Novel that the capacitor array working voltage was 1,250,000 Volts.
He described the construction technique of the coil as being similar to that of the massive multiple Flux Capacitor stacked array located at the bottom of the Central Column and comprising the base or bottom section of the vehicle.
At the distance he was standing from the vehicle with the side body panel removed (about 20 feet), the coil appeared to be embedded in the same G-10 transparent green plastic or glasslike dielectric material. He estimated the metallic coil to be constructed of 1/4" x 1/4" square copper electrical conductor spool-wound material. Each turn was separated by ¼‖ of the G-10 material on all four sides of the square rod. The dimensions in cutaway of the overall coil layout are shown below.
According to these dimensions, the Main Order Coil consists of an estimated 1,185 turns. The maximum dielectric strength of the 1/4" separation between each turn is 166,666 V. Leonardo could not see where its beginning and end terminals were connected or whether it was actually two or more separated coils.
Based on ZPE theory, its primary function logically is to order and align the magnetic moment of the chaotic, or random, ZPE virtual electrons and positrons, both external to the entire vehicle as well as the partons of the ZPE within the interstices of atoms and their electron clouds and likely the electrons in flow in the overall circuit. Leonardo was told state change occurred at 1.2 MeV. This is believed to apply only to the dynamic electrostatic ZPE damping fields created by the main Flux Capacitor Generator on the bottom of the ARV.
The strength of the magnetic force lines created vertically by the coil could be amplified many times, provided the outer wall of the Central Column is constructed of a mild grade of rolled sheet steel. At a minimum diameter of 24 inches with a wall thickness of 1/4 inch, this tube would function much like the field amplification tube of a solenoid. The amperage in the coil may be very high based on the coil materials diameter, but this may also be incorrect.The outer tube, fabricated from soft annealed steel for magnetic flux field solenoid-like amplification purposes, is the primary tube. This tube may also be wrapped with thousands of turns of copper wire that form the secondary winding of a giant Tesla coil. How it would be applied in the overall circuitry of ARV is unknown at the time of this writing; it will, however, be a part of the initial test rig designs.
The next tube inward, having its outer wall flush with the surface of the inner wall of the steel tube, would be constructed of a magnetic field absorption or insulation material known as Mumetal. The design engineering logic in this is that the motor, generator, master flux control switch, step up and step down transformers, and other field effect susceptible circuitry and wiring may need to be isolated from the intense gauss field amplified and focused by the steel outer wall of the central column. Only design by experiment can reasonably resolve this potential problem.
The third tube would probably come very close to touching, if not actually touching, the inner wall of the Mumetal EMF insulator tube. It would logically be constructed of a grade of aluminum known for its heat dissipation properties, and would likely be somewhat finned on its inner wall.
It is believed by the Prosecutor from hard electrical design logic that the UFOs turn their power generators (not to be confused with the ARV Flux Capacitor high voltage field generator mechanism in the bottom of probably all UFOs) with three-phase very high-speed AC electric motors.
Moreover, the 1/4" inch copper rod employed in the construction of the ARV Main Order Coil would tend to indicate a high amperage condition in that part of the system. Further, if this is true, the coil is an extremely dangerous part of the system, based on the voltage indicated by its dielectric material strength of 166,000 eV. Even a few amps at 10% of this voltage are major league lethal.
As stated to the Jurors, a DC motor is identical in construction to a DC generator, and they can be designed to quickly change function by flip switch controls. The Adamski Scout Ship appears, logically, to use gear interlocked triple redundant integrated DC motor generators for powering up its Flux Capacitor Drive Deck (or capacitor cables) in the field focus skirt. CAD/CAM wireframe drawings of the underside of the Adamski craft show these apparent gear locations.
Many photographs of this triple redundant motor generator system on other, slightly different UFO planforms have been taken over the last fifty years.
It is important for the jurors to understand that the generators in all likelihood do not charge the Main Order Coil or Flux Capacitor Drive Deck directly.
In the case of the Main Order Coil, should it be AC, the generator‘s output would be shunted in part to a DC to AC inverter and then to the coil, whose power, after traversing the turns, would be returned in a closed loop electronic circuit. This is especially important, should it be necessary to impress into the coils field the same wide spectrum harmonic non-resonant ZPF destructive damping frequencies necessary to isolate the zero-point electron/positron coupling gravity field from around the vehicle.What is believed to be inside this container, or shielding, is essentially a steel or titanium gyroscopic flywheel that has more than one purpose, one logical, and the other two, by current scientific reasoning, not so logical. But let‘s see; maybe it is.
First, though, are the circular container‘s purposes, of which there are, logically, also two. Number one is to encase the gyroscopic flywheel in the event that at very high rpm it might explode. Number two, depending on the mechanical method the wheel is spun, may be to continue the flow of electrical or electromagnetic field flux in the outer walls of the central column generated by the main ZPF order coil.
The following analysis of the function of the spinning disc is simply a product of the Prosecutor‘s deductive reasoning.
The slow spinning "silver dollar" like wobble motions produced when the craft is translating from forward flight to hover mode is very likely due to an unbalanced charge condition in the main flux capacitor generator drive deck. This condition is believed to result from a 1/6th or 60 degree pie-shaped area of the flux capacitors being intentionally held during level flight at a voltage magnitude exactly corresponding to that required to effect gravitational state-change nullification, and which results in linear flight impulsion or pushing thrust from the ZPF pressure external to the ship.
During the time when the computer flight controls are increasing and field balancing the voltage of the charge in the 60% of the capacitors used to vector ZPF impulsion pushing force on the vehicle in horizontal flight, it would be logical to attempt to dampen the wobbling motion caused by the cycling from an unbalanced charge with a gyroscopic counter-rotational force; hence, the outer or inner spinning discs of ARV and the UFOs...
...Now, let‘s examine the other possible purposes of the spinning disc. Experiments by American scientist Bruce De Palma have allegedly revealed that a dense flywheel material, when spun continuously at high rpm, will cause a clock in close proximity to lose time to an appreciable degree. Why this occurs is unknown, but time does slow down as the velocity of moving mass increases. Therefore, a very fast spinning flywheel may perturb the ZPF to a degree sufficient to initiate time dilation. This strange effect has been demonstrated in the presence of a clock whose timing mechanism is controlled by the oscillations of a tuning fork. (Davidson 1989, The Creative Vacuum, page 244.) It is also possible that magnets (either permanent or electromagnetic) may be positioned in the outer periphery of the spinning disc, their purpose being to apply an accelerating force on the work electrons flowing in the top or starting point of the Main Order Coil, thereby pushing them to velocities beyond the speed of light as gravitational nullification begins to take effect. With gravity nullified, centrifugal force is quite likely also nullified, and if so, the rpm limits on a flywheel spinning in a vacuum on magnetic bearings would logically be raised, potentially up to hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute.
Another issue that must be determined by direct experiment is how the flywheel or gyroscope is attached to the central column and driven. The Saturn UFO‘s disc rotating external to the fuselage logically cannot have a very high rpm rate if it is motor gear driven. The same would apply to the flywheel in ARV, if it rotates around the central column turned by a secondary gear, as opposed to being directly shaft driven by a very high rpm (0-20,000) main electric motor-generator encased in a vacuum chamber.
De Palma also discovered that rotational motion has an effect on the inertia of an object. It had always been assumed that mechanical systems function identically whether they are stationary or spinning, so no one had ever really bothered to check. De Palma checked, finding that a spinning object generates an ―inertial field‖. ―Forces in a rotating object exert an effect upon the space around that object.‖ ―The motion of objects in the plane of a spinning flywheel have their inertia reduced and the motion of objects on the axis of spin have their inertia increased.‖ This is totally contrary to conventional theory, which assumes that inertia remains constant.
De Palma‘s experiment reportedly proves that the increase in inertia is caused by the zero-point force. The experiment is based on the behavior of an electric clock that uses a special variety of electrically oscillated tuning fork as its timekeeper. The frequency of a tuning fork‘s natural vibration is directly related to its inertia. De Palma found that when he ran the clock above a spinning flywheel, it lost a full nine-tenths of a second in only seventeen minutes, whereas with the flywheel motionless, it gained a quarter of a second in four hours. Therefore, initiating time dilation may well be the purpose of either internal or external spinning discs in UFO and ARV.
By this point in time, about fourteen years have passed since Mark gave the interview for the Disclosure Project National Press Club in 2001, Mark had now come forward in the documentary admitting that the demonstrations of the ARVs and classified display “Brad” had witnessed took place, not at Norton Air Force base at the air show but rather, “Brad” and his client took a flight from Norton Air Force base to the Lockheed “Skunk Works” facility in Palmdale, CA.
Mark’s views on the composition of the ARV are included in the interview he gave James Allen Higgins for the documentary “Zero Point: The Story of Mark McCandlish and the Flux Liner”.
“...The central column was supposed to be the most secret part of the vehicle. Brad didn’t seem to know much about that but he said that it used mercury in some form. He thought it might use it as a noble gas…”
“..Based on a number of accounts mercury appears to circulate in a kind of closed loop system that runs down through the cylinder in the middle and then backup up in the space between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and there’s a counter rotation kind of mechanism that’s occurring there tooSo here we have a configuration of various components creating a system that somehow capable of producing and maintaining an insane amount of energy in a concentrated field around the vehicle.
This field can be precisely controlled by the pilot with the aid of a basic throttle and alien steering ball and a bunch of casino cameras. There’s plenty of onboard oxygen handy if you’re off the planet and a lead coating so the occupants don’t get fried in their seats (by x-rays generated by the craft).
Its beauty and elegance lie in the propulsion system, maybe a really really fast one that gets around currently accepted physics one we commonly associate with UFOs.By this point in time, about six years have passed since Mark created the documentary with James Allen Higgins in 2014 about the Alien Reproduction Vehicle.
Mark gave a lengthy presentation at APEC on November 21st 2020 where he gave a deep dive on everything he has learned about the ARV starting from “Brad” and including numerous individuals who he had contact with that gave him additional information on the composition and functioning of the ARV.
...the layers of magnesium, zinc alloy are something like five to seven mils thick with a very very thin layer of bismuth in between and they’re sandwiched you know, maybe 20 to 30 layers to create a package that is approximately a half an inch thick…
… then they are externally clad with a layer of copper sheeting and it’s a high temperature copper alloy, it’s not pure copper. It is basically folded around a cut and shaped magnesium, zinc, bismuth alloy foil lamination with the copper cladding on the outside…
… the reason for that is that the process of assembling the capacitor array they have to subject the quartz, so-called herkimier quartz to something approaching between 2500 and 3000 degrees… I was looking at how you could perform this manufacturing process without melting the copper.
It occurred to me what they could do would be to actually have pre-cut polished wedges of the herkimer quartz that were very precisely cut to the shape of these individual wedges. They could put them all into a tray, a very large tray that would allow you to stack the alternating layers of herkimer quartz and the capacitor plates one after the other until you get eight plates and ten layers of herkimer quartz depending on which of the sections you’re talking about…
...it’s almost like each [triangular] section is flipped over so that the thicker portion of quartz is either at the bottom or the top…
The plates are assembled in cold form, they’re then put into a kiln where the whole system is brought up to a temperature that allows the quartz to melt and essentially fuses everything together in that process without having to try and pour molten quartz into a mold...by doing this you can control the clarity of the quartz. You don’t have to worry about air bubbles getting in there and causing arc over and things like that.And there you have it. The Alien Reproduction Vehicle leak is an incredibly detailed tale, one that to this citizen scientist is too logically thought out to be a tale of fiction created by Brad/Sanderson and McCandlish/Novel. The world will not know for sure, one way or the other, until the scientific community from academia to citizen scientists take on the hard work of conducting experiments based on and seeking to replicate the components of the ARV.
This citizen scientist has already conducted one experiment, the rare Earth magnet object free-fall and gravitational mass experiments, that can be explained as a result of inertia reduction when an object with a magnetic field moves in the direction of North Pole to South Pole. There is no reason the effect would not occur with a solenoid coil that also has a North Pole and South Pole.
